General Bonus Terms and Conditions

  • Locowin advertises and offers certain promotions for its users, such as bonuses, rewards, gifts, and rebates, on a recurring basis. These options are subject to the General Bonus Terms and Conditions and your participation in any promotion shall be deemed to be your acceptance of these terms and conditions;

  • Our platform has the right to make changes to the terms contained in each promotion or bonus;
  • Locowin will send you a notification if we make any changes to the General Terms and Conditions or any specific promotion;
  • These terms and conditions will be available in several languages. In the event of any difference in the interpretation of any part of these terms and conditions, the English version of these terms and conditions shall be taken as the primary reference;
  • The offers available at any given time are limited to one offer per player. If our platform has indications that your account has been duplicated to violate this rule, we have the right to suspend or close it;
  • Once a bonus is issued, players will have 7 days to wager on it. If any wagers are placed after this date, Locowin will confiscate the bonus funds and winnings associated with this transaction;
  • When you participate in a particular promotion, the platform converts your deposited funds and bonus funds into your ‘bonus balance’. If you wish to withdraw any amount from this balance, you must complete the wager or wait for the bonus to expire;
  • In the event that you wish to withdraw from a promotion you have previously enrolled in, you must request a cancellation of the bonus with Locowin customer support;
  • The minimum deposit amount required to participate in promotions or bonuses is EUR 20;
  • While a bonus is active, your bets cannot exceed a maximum bet size of EUR 5 each, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of that promotion;
  • In order to withdraw any amount from your account, you must first comply with the Wagering Requirements. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any winnings accrued on promotions;
  • The Bonus Fund is not contained within your user’s Deposit Fund. This Bonus Fund must be converted into real money in order for the player to withdraw it from their account;
  • If you have an active bonus when participating in a bet, Locowin will first use the funds required to activate the bonus and then the Bonus Funds;
  • To withdraw the real money balance earned by a bonus, you must have met the wagering requirements. Otherwise, our site will confiscate your bonus balance funds;
  • If you have not completed all wagering requirements before exhausting your deposit amount, your account will be removed from any further wagering requirements;
  • The bonus amount and winnings you earn on each promotion can only be withdrawn if you meet the wagering requirements;
  • Locowin will not accept excessive or improper use of promotions or bonuses by a user. In such cases, the platform may take any of the following measures or actions;
  • Suspend bonuses and winnings that Locowin considers to have been obtained through such misuse of promotions;
  • Prohibit the user from accessing our promotions and bonuses;
  • Delete the user’s account;
  • Actions such as using more than one account or a VPN and hiding an IP address will be interpreted by the platform as evidence of promotional misuse;
  • If Locowin determines that a user has committed a violation of these terms and conditions, they may be banned from participating in further promotions;
  • If you wish to wager with a bonus that you have previously forgotten to claim, you can contact support to have your balance adjusted;
  • Locowin, by means of these General Bonus Terms and Conditions, may examine your game logs and transactions and take the necessary measures in the event that it certifies any violation of these provisions;
  • Bonus money is an amount given by Locowin to motivate your participation on the platform and is not to be withdrawn;
  • If you wish to participate in a promotion, you may opt in by clicking on the promotion link or by contacting customer service;
  • The platform has the power to cancel any promotion at its sole discretion.

Specific Promotions

Level Rewards

  • Locowin rewards for leveling up have no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn from the platform as real money. In such cases, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from a single reward is 250 EUR;
  • When upgrading to a new level, rewards will be valid for a period of 7 days;
  • If, after reaching a new level, you do not receive your reward and do not have the possibility to claim it, please contact customer support so that our team can evaluate your problem;
  • If, due to a technical malfunction, our platform grants you a reward of a higher value than indicated, we have the right to correct this error by reversing the operation and giving you the corresponding amount;
  • Level Bonuses will be activated when you exceed levels 25, 35, 50, 75, and 85, and will be available for a period of 5 days.

Welcome Package

  • If a Welcome Bonus was not credited to your deposit, you must claim this option by contacting customer support before placing any bets;
  • The Welcome Offer requires a minimum deposit of 20 EUR;
  • Each player will have access to five Welcome Bonuses, which are valid one at a time. These bonuses allow for increases of between 50% and 100% of a deposit of up to EUR 350 or EUR 400;
  • To meet the wagering requirements, the Welcome Bonus must be wagered at thirty-six times (36x) its amount. If you attempt to withdraw winnings from the bonus before completing these requirements, this amount will be forfeited by the platform;
  • The free spins that are available in the welcome package have no wagering requirements;
  • You can withdraw up to a maximum of 250 EUR from the amount you get for free spins;
  • Our platform can grant you between 35 and 100 free spins, depending on the amount you have available in your deposit;
  • Locowin offers the user the possibility to choose whether the Welcome Bonus available for their deposit will be Crypto or Standard. At each deposit level, only one of these options will be available;
  • To access the Crypto Welcome Package, the required payment method is via cryptocurrencies. This package offers a total of five 100% bonuses for deposits between 20 and 400 EUR;
  • The Crypto Welcome Bonus must be wagered around forty times (40x) its amount to meet the wagering requirements;
  • The Crypto Welcome Bonus is subject to these General Bonus Terms and Conditions.

Loco Cashback

  • You need to have made at least one deposit to activate the Cashback option;
  • As long as you have any active bonuses or promotions, you will not be eligible for Cashback;
  • Cashback payouts can be from 1 EUR up to 1400 EUR per week. Our platform may cancel a user’s Cashback if we have evidence that the user has engaged in fraud;
  • Locowin has the right to withdraw or amend a Cashback offer at its sole discretion, without giving details;
  • If a user account is inactive for any reason, it will not be available for Cashback;
  • Once you receive a Cashback, you have a period of 14 days to use it.

Friday Free Spins

  • You will only be eligible for the ‘Friday Free Spins!’ promotion if you maintain a minimum deposit of EUR 20 between Monday (00:00) and Thursday (23:59) of the week. If you receive this promotion, it will be available between Friday (12.45 pm) and Sunday (11.59 pm);
  • The ‘Free Spin Friday’ promotion has no wagering requirements, so winnings can be withdrawn by the player without any preconditions.

Other Terms

  • Automatic match bonuses, which are part of Locowin’s promotions, have the particularity that they are credited directly to the user’s account;
  • It is not possible to transfer offers between users;
  • If you wish to remove any bonuses you have received, please contact customer support before making any transactions;
  • Wagering requirements vary depending on the game and type of game played by the player;
  • For games that have the option to use a “bonus buy-in” or “feature buy-in”, the wager size will be taken as the total cost of the spin;
  • If, in order to use a bonus, you engage in improper practices, such as bonus hunting and bonus game hoarding, our platform may revoke your right to participate in bonuses or promotions and suspend or block your account;
  • While the provisions contained in these Bonus Terms and Conditions are the default settings for wagering at Locowin, many promotions have specific rules that should be clarified in their own terms and conditions;
  • If you withdraw from your account before meeting the wagering requirements, your bonuses and the money generated by your bonuses will be forfeited by the platform;
  • Bonuses are available for a certain group of payment methods. If you cannot find a payment method that is available for a certain bonus, please contact customer support for information;
  • The cash drop can be used within 7 days of issue and has a one-time wagering requirement (1x);
  • For winnings made with no deposit bonuses, free money, and cash drops, you can withdraw an amount up to five times (5x) the original bonus amount.

Free Spins

  • Free spins that have a deposit requirement and are not contained in the Welcome Bonus can be paid out up to a maximum amount of EUR 150. This condition may change for free spins that are contained in a specific offer or campaign.

No Deposit Free Spins

  • In the case of free spins with no deposit requirement, it is possible to withdraw up to a maximum winnings cap of EUR 50;
  • Free spins can be used within 7 days of being given to the player. This condition may vary according to the Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion.

Instant Bonuses

  • A player may receive free bonus money or free cash from a support agent as an act of goodwill. In this case, the maximum winnings generated by the player from that bonus may not exceed 5 times (5x) the original value of the bonus received;
  • A player cannot receive a reload bonus if he/she has a pending withdrawal;
  • Reload bonuses are determined by the specific Terms and Conditions of the Welcome Bonus.

No Wagering Requirement Bonus

  • If you are eligible for a no-wagering requirement bonus, you will be able to make a one-time withdrawal request. If, after such withdrawal, funds remain available in your balance, this amount will be governed by the obligations contained in the Bonus Terms and Conditions.
