  • STARSCREAM LTD. is licensed 00952 (July 2023) by the Kahnawake Gaming Authority;

General Rights and Obligations

  • You must register your account with personal information (name, address, date of birth, etc.) required to comply with AML/CFT and Gaming laws. Without this information, we cannot create your account. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
  • You may only play if you have sufficient funds in your account;
  • You may not use funds from illegal activities, money laundering or fraud;
  • You are solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes on your winnings;
  • You understand that playing involves the risk of losing your deposited money. Play responsibly;
  • Do not engage in fraudulent, collusive or rigging activities in the Games, or use assistive software/hardware. We may void bets if we detect this;
  • Only use the software for your personal and recreational use, following our rules and applicable laws;
  • Be courteous to other players and our support staff. Avoid rude comments, hate speech, threats or harassment;
  • To gamble and deposit, you must register and open an account, agreeing that;
  • You have the mental capacity for binding decisions and agreements;
  • You are not self-excluded from LocoWin. If you are, you may not open another account;
  • If we have closed your STARSCREAM LTD. accounts and you open new ones, you may lose your funds or winnings;
  • Only one account per player, personally registered, is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one, they may be blocked or closed, and bets will be void. STARSCREAM LTD. may close duplicate accounts. If you have more than one, please notify us immediately;
  • You must enter all mandatory information in the registration. You agree that this information (e.g. address, email address) is complete, true and correct. You must notify us or update it yourself if it changes;
  • We perform verifications. Your account may be blocked or closed if you provide false information. You must keep your information up to date;
  • You will choose your username and password. We may reject offensive names. Do not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for the misuse of your account by third parties. If you suspect that your information has been compromised, please inform STARSCREAM LTD. and take measures to prevent unauthorised access;
  • Transferring funds between players or buying/selling accounts is prohibited;
  • STARSCREAM LTD. may refuse or close an account at its discretion, but will honour the contractual obligations already undertaken;
  • We prohibit collusion and the use of bots;
  • If you wish to close your account, please contact customer support. Closure will terminate these Terms. If it is for gambling addiction, please state so. See our Privacy Policy.

Deposits

  • We do not charge fees for your deposits; your bank may, and we are not responsible for that;
  • We may set minimum deposits, indicated on the site;
  • You can deposit funds using the methods on the site (subject to change). Withdrawal times are on the relevant pages. We will process withdrawals within 2 business days of request and documentation, which may be delayed due to research;
  • Deposits will be available in your account reasonably after confirmation, subject to further verification;
  • We reserve the right to use additional procedures to verify your identity when depositing;
  • If STARSCREAM LTD. credits you with winnings in error, the amount belongs to us and will be deducted from your account. If you withdraw them before we realise, it is a debt owed by you. You must notify us immediately by email;
  • Only use cards and other financial instruments that are valid and legally owned by you;
  • The minimum deposit is 10 EUR (or equivalent); it may vary per method;
  • It is illegal to deposit money from illicit means or fraudulent activities.
    Your account is not a bank account; it is not insured and does not earn interest;
  • We may remove any positive balance from your account if you have debts (e.g. due to duplicate accounts, fraud, errors);
  • Transactions may appear under different names on your statement. STARSCREAM LTD. is not responsible for this. The amounts and dates correspond to the transactions.

Withdrawals

  • Only use cards and other valid and legally owned financial instruments for deposits and withdrawals;
  • Withdrawal options are indicated on the site and may vary depending on your country;
  • You can withdraw your real money balance at any time. By doing so before you meet the bonus requirements, you will forfeit your bonus funds. To withdraw promotional money, you must have deposited a minimum of 10 EUR (or equivalent). Account balances are not transferable. Withdrawals are subject to the limits in clause 4.10 and may change;
  • Withdrawals will be sent to the same account from which the funds were withdrawn. If this is not possible, they will be sent according to AML laws;
  • Funds marked as “bonus money” or “stuck” in interrupted games cannot be withdrawn;
  • If we mistakenly credit not your winnings, the amount belongs to us and will be deducted. If you withdraw them before we realise it, it is a debt. Notify us immediately by email;
  • Our payout managers will perform additional verifications for withdrawals. We may ask for due diligence documentation (ID, utility bill) and, if your deposits exceed 2,000 EUR, confirmation of your source of wealth and political status. We are required to collect this by AML/CFT laws;
  • All transactions are reviewed to prevent money laundering. If we detect suspicious movements, we will report them to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and other authorities. STARSREAM LTD. may suspend, block or close your account, or even withhold funds, if required by AML law;
  • Withdrawal time may vary. Our goal is to approve or deny within 2 days. If it takes longer than 10 days, we will inform you of the reason;
  • The minimum withdrawal by bank transfer is 250 EUR (or equivalent) outside the EU, and 30 EUR (or equivalent) within the EU. Exceptions can be made for VIP at the discretion of the management;
  • Our games are consumed instantly. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once you play;
  • Don’t think of us as a banking institution; your funds do not earn interest;
  • We may charge fees for withdrawals; we will make this clear upon request.

Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing

  • European license providers must verify the legitimacy of gambling funds according to the EU AML Directive;
  • No one should use this site to launder money. Starscream implements and maintains AML procedures, monitoring all transactions;
  • Starscream may reject or reverse transactions from users who do not comply with AML requirements;
  • Winnings will only be paid to the person initially registered and, if possible, to the original payment method;
  • If a payment does not correspond to the account holder (third-party payment), winnings cannot be collected, and we may cancel your account;
  • Only one account per person per brand is allowed. No winnings will be collected on fake or multiple accounts;
  • We may ask for proof of identity or the origin of funds if the risk is high. Starscream may suspend your account and hold pending withdrawals until proof is provided;
  • Information for due diligence will be handled according to our Privacy Policy;
  • If we ask you for statements about your political status, source of wealth, funds or personal use, you must give true information and notify us if it changes;
  • You acknowledge that we will use your information for due diligence, conducting public searches and verifications;
  • We reserve the right to request additional information to fulfil our due diligence obligations;
  • If we suspect that the information is false, we will cancel your registration and take legal action. We will not pay you any profits;
  • All transactions are filtered to prevent money laundering;
  • Any suspicious or fraudulent transactions will be reported immediately to the authorities.

Responsible Gaming

  • At Starscream LTD., we promote responsible gaming. We analyse your history to detect problems, using monitoring tools. We must prevent harm if we identify a gambling problem;
  • We offer tools to control your time or money in the game;
  • Deposit Limit: You can set a limit on the amount to deposit in a period;
  • Limit Changes: Reducing limits is effective immediately; increasing or removing a limit is effective after 24 hours;
  • If you remove a Deposit Limit from ZERO, the change will be effective after 180 days (six months). You can always change your limits in the “Limits” section of your account;
  • Self-Exclusion: You can limit your account access for a period of time. Your account will not be accessible;
  • If you “Take a Break” or self-exclude yourself, you can configure it in the “Limits” section or contact support;
  • During self-exclusion, your balance remains in the account. You can contact support to withdraw it;
  • Self-exclusion is only for your current brand. Let us know if you want to self-exclude yourself from all our brands;
  • Restrictions and exclusions are effective immediately when you set them up in your account;
  • Limits and restrictions are valid only for your current brand;
  • To reopen your account after self-exclusion, contact support. The account will be reopened no sooner than 24 hours after your request;
  • If you open a new account with false data, you are responsible for any loss. If we detect false data, we will close the account immediately;
  • During self-exclusion, we will not send you marketing, accept deposits or bets;
  • If you report a gambling addiction to us, we will put you in contact with agencies or specialists.

Fair Gaming

  • At STARSCREAM LTD, we understand the importance of fair and transparent gaming;
  • We use an iTech Labs-certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure unpredictable and fair gaming;
  • Every transaction at STARSCREAM LTD. is recorded for a complete audit trail, useful for disputes. Our accounts are open to review by external auditors.

Dormant and Inactive Accounts

  • An inactive account is one that has not been used for 6 months with a real balance (if you do not log in);
  • A dormant account has not been accessed for 30 months and has a real balance (more than two and a half years without logging in);
  • We will contact you by email up to 1 month before your account becomes inactive, informing you. Once inactive, STARSCREAM LTD. may apply a monthly fee of 5 EUR (or equivalent);
  • If you access your inactive account, you can get a refund if you can prove: lack of internet connection, health impediments or other reasonable cause that you can explain;
  • If your account becomes dormant, we will refund your balance.

Exceptional Circumstances and Aborted Games

  • Unexpected technical problems or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. supplier failures) allow us to cancel bets and make refunds;
  • STARSCREAM LTD. may limit, cancel or refuse bets if they are too large or if your betting pattern abuses the system;
  • If a refund is decided, the amount will be returned to your account within 2 business days of the decision;
  • If a game “bogs down” (e.g. you lose connection on blackjack), STARSCREAM LTD. may “clean up” those bets and refund the money. If the game aborts or crashes on the server, the player should receive a refund;
  • If a bonus campaign was set up incorrectly, STARSCREAM LTD. may modify your account balances to correct the error;
  • If a game has a bug or incorrect configuration that causes incorrect behaviour or payout, STARSCREAM LTD. may remove the game from the site;
  • STARSCREAM LTD. is not responsible for downtime, server outages, delays or technical/political disruptions. Refunds are at the discretion of management;
  • STARSCREAM LTD. may remove any game from the site at any time it sees fit.

Complaints and Disputes

Complaints are initially handled by support and escalated to the Disputes Team if necessary. We will keep you informed. We strive to resolve complaints directly within 7 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you can submit the complaint to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission at [email protected]. You must do so between seven days and six months after the reason for the complaint. The complaint must be in writing, clear about your identity and contain all relevant details.

Data Protection

  • We warrant that we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of our systems and the integrity of the data transmitted on our site;
  • You warrant to take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your systems and the integrity of the data you transmit to us;
  • You acknowledge that your personal data will be processed by STARSCREAM LTD. or its partners for the purpose of processing your personal data. STARSCREAM LTD. will process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and will enter into contractual arrangements to ensure compliance with the data legislation.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for possible printing errors on our site or content;
  • If you find an error on our site, please inform us with a reasonable explanation. We will correct it or provide you with an explanation;
  • Although we strive for accuracy, the content of our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We consider the information to be current and accurate as of its publication dates. Mentions of non-Starcream LTD. products or services are for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement;
